Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019
Definitions
- “Additional Data Voucher” shall mean additional 4G data in the form of voucher offering data equivalent to 2GB per day, in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device during the Entitlement Period.
- “Eligible Device” shall mean V17 Pro of Vivo Mobile Pvt. Ltd. (“Vivo”) , activated for the first time on or after 27th September 2019. This Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of Eligible Device.
- “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased an Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active prepaid subscriber of the RJIO services; (iii) has performed Recharge on or after 27th September,2019 on the Eligible Device; and (iv) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
- “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period on or after 27th September 2019 till 31st December, 2020.
- “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO services.
- “Offer Period” shall mean the period on or after 27th September 2019.
- “Offer” shall mean this Jio Additional Data offer made available by RJIO.
- “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
- “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of the Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
- “Recharge Cycle” shall mean validity period of 28 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of RJIO SIM, and subsequent periods of 28 consecutive calendar days each.
- “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
- “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.
Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)
- An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge on or after 27th September 2019, on the Eligible Device shall be entitled to Additional Data Voucher per Recharge for a maximum of 24 Recharges within the Entitlement Period.
- The Additional Data Voucher shall be credited in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber within 48 hours of Recharge by the Eligible Subscriber on the Eligible Device.
- Additional Data Vouchers received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:
- An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs a Recharge on his/her RJIO subscription, shall be entitled to the Additional Data Voucher per Recharge, for a maximum of 24 such Recharges.
- To clarify, ‘4G data entitlement’ in any plan is the quantum of data that an Eligible Subscriber can avail under the selected tariff plan.
- Where any Additional Data Voucher is redeemed during a recharge cycle period, the benefits attached to such Additional Data Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
- Such Additional Data Vouchers that are not redeemed within 3 months from the date of credit of the voucher shall expire and be forfeited.
- The Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to avail only one offer or scheme applicable to the relevant IMEI/TAC code of the Eligible Device at the time of purchase of the Eligible Device.
Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")
- The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 27th September 2019.
- These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the Terms & Conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
- Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
- RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by the Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
- RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
- RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
- If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
- Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and/ or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
- In no event shall RJIO (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
- The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
- The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN and IMEI.
- This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
- Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy

- What is “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?
“Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” entitles you to Additional Data ( 2GB/day ) to all Jio customers (existing and new) who will activate (i) V17 Pro on the Jio network for the first time on or after 27th Sep 2019 and perform a first recharge of Rs.299/- Jio prepaid plan on or after 27th Sep 2019
After successful recharge of 299/- on an eligible device, additional data voucher offering
2GB / day data (in addition to data entitlement as per the selected tariff plan) will be credited in MyJio app. The subscriber can avail additional data voucher upon performing a recharge of Rs.299/- for a maximum of 24 times.
- What vivo models are eligible for the offer?
The offer is applicable on V17 Pro mobile devices. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of eligible device.
- How long is the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” valid for?
The offer is valid for V17 Pro mobile device activated on the Jio network for the first time on performing first recharge of Rs.299/- on or after 27th Sep 2019 by the eligible subscriber.
- What is the eligibility criteria for availing the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?
You must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for the offer:

The subscriber will receive vouchers for additional data in MyJio app and they need to be redeemed through MyJio app only. Subscribers will receive additional data vouchers for every recharge of Rs.299/- for a maximum of 24 times.
- How can I redeem the data vouchers received under the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019”?
The data vouchers are received in the MyJio app, can be redeemed via MyJio app only.
- What will be the validity of the additional data voucher given under the “Jio Vivo Data Offer 2019” Offer?
Additional data vouchers not redeemed within three months from the day of credit of such voucher shall expire and be forfeited.

1. By registering with Zest and by using Zest’s services (referred to collectively as “Services”), you understand and agree that Zest will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”) from that point onwards.
2. You understand and acknowledge that ”Zest/ ZestMoney” and domain name www.zestmoney.in have been assigned to Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd through an assignment agreement. Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd owns and operates an online technology platform for the purpose of providing a platform for persons to register for obtaining loans from financial institutions in India. 4. You understand that you do not have the right to use any of Zest’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. You do not have the right to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including trademark and copyright notices), which may be affixed to or contained within the Services. You will not copy or transmit any of the Services.
5. You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Zest and that you shall not disclose such information without Zest’s prior written consent. You will not copy, create a derivative work from, modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Services.
6. You agree not to use the website for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or any local laws that might apply to me. Zest may, at its sole discretion, at any time and without advance notice or liability, suspend, terminate or restrict my access to all or any component of the website or the availability of the website itself.
7. Zest may modify these Terms, at any time, by posting notice on the website at least ten (10) days before any modification becomes effective.

1. You hereby declare that you are over 18 years of age, of sound mind and a person resident in India as defined under Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.

SERVICES
1. You hereby confirm to register with us to avail a loan / credit using the services provided by Zest.
2. You hereby understand and acknowledge that the information requested is for the purposes of complying with various laws, regulations and guidelines (including Know Your Customer (KYC) norms / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards / Combating of Financing of Terrorism (CFT) / Obligation of banks under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002) promulgated by the Government of India from time to time by Zest or its associated partners. You further acknowledge that if you do not provide the requested information to Zest, Zest or its partners will be unable to provide or continue its / their services to me.
3. You confirm that all information given to Zest (whether in Zest’s online form or otherwise) is true, correct and not misleading. You agree to provide any additional documents to Zest as may be required from time to time.
4. You hereby understand that every time you wish to use Zest, you will be provided with an online loan agreement. Upon clicking ‘I Accept’ you will be bound by the terms of the loan agreement in relation to the credit facility for credit worthiness, verifying identity to prevent and detect crime and money laundering. You understand and agree that Zest may charge you an administrative fee for facilitating the loan / credit to be availed by you and you agree to pay the same.
5. You hereby understand that when you apply for a loan, Zest may check your records amongst other things with its own records, any information as available to Zest through any of its sources, those at credit reference agencies (CRAs); those at fraud prevention agencies (FPAs) for assessing your credit worthiness, verifying identity to prevent and detect crime and money laundering.
6. Zest also has the right, and obligation, to report your details to CRAs in the event that you have delayed in repaying your loan instalment.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
1. Accepting these T&C, implies your express consent to be contacted by us, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf at any contact number, or physical or electronic address provided by you while registering your account with ZestMoney. You further agree to us contacting you in any manner, including without limitation, emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp, calls using pre recorded messages or artificial voice, and notifications sent via our mobile application.
2. In our endeavour to effectively deliver the Services, we take your explicit consent to access your emails (registered with us) for the specific purpose of reading emails relevant to the Services, including bank statements, to access your records in connection with your loan application. To the extent required for provision of the Services, any password-protected document will be accessed via automated means, by utilizing information provided by you to automatically generate passwords in order to safely access such documents. It is further clarified that the consent sought from you shall be used solely in connection with the loan application facilitated through us and such information shall not be shared with any third party, save and except an RBI (“Reserve Bank of India”) registered financial institution which may require the aforementioned information for processing the loan application as well as the compliance of applicable law as recorded in paragraph 2 of ‘Services’.
PRIVACY
1. You hereby acknowledge, understand and consent to the terms contained in Zest’s “Privacy Policy”, provided at https://zestmoney.in/privacy/ which you have duly read and fully understood. You acknowledge, agree and give consent to Zest that Zest and its officers, employees, service providers and agents may use, store, process, disclose, transfer (whether within or outside India) and / or exchange your information (including personal data) in accordance with Zest’s “Privacy Policy”.
2. You hereby authorise and permit Zest to disclose, from time to time, any information on or relating to me to any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or to any governmental authority, statutory authority, judicial authority or credit bureaus, associated partners, lenders, whether in India or any other jurisdiction, or Reserve Bank of India or third party or Zest’s consultants, advisors or service providers as provided in Zest’s “Privacy Policy”, without requirement for any further consent from you.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be responsible for all use of the website by me and anyone using my password and login information (with or without my permission). You will only use the website to search for and to apply for loans and will not use the website to make any fraudulent applications.
4. By registering with Zest, you consent to the use of your information as outlined in Zest’s privacy policy as available on its website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. All content and services provided on the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zest expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security and accuracy, as well as all warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
1. The laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms. In case of any legal action courts located in Bangalore, India will have jurisdiction over such matters. In any such action or any action we may initiate, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the legal action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney fees.
