An E-warranty card is a warranty certificate, which serves the same function of a paper warranty card. However, it is still recommended to keep your purchasing receipt (invoice) as this is the most important voucher of your phone. You are required to bring this voucher with you if you want to return or replace your phone.

Use either of the following methods to activate your E-warranty card: Method 1: Go to Settings > More settings > E-warranty card > Activate now. Then, fill in your information to complete the registration. Method 2: Log in to the vivo.com app, go to Services > E-warranty card > Go to activate > Activate now. Then, fill in your information to complete the registration.

You cannot use your E-warranty card if your phone fails to power on. In this case, please bring your purchasing voucher and paper warranty card to a customer service center for solutions. If you are unable to provide such vouchers, the staff from the service center will determine the warranty period according to the production date of your phone.
